We Speak is a forward-thinking model management agency challenging traditional ideas of beauty through a diverse roster of healthy, confident talent across races, genders, and body types. Its mission is to use representation, advocacy, and education to create meaningful change within the industry.
Created in collaboration with DTE Studio Creative Director Melissa Jones, the work established a new brand identity, strategy, and website that could reflect this purpose with clarity and confidence.
The visual system was intentionally kept elegant and neutral, creating an inclusive, adaptable framework that places the models and their individual stories at the centre. Rather than imposing a narrow aesthetic, the identity was designed to represent the full breadth of talent within the agency.
The website translated this approach into a refined digital platform for discovering new faces, sharing news, and communicating the agency’s wider point of view — giving We Speak a distinctive presence that feels as progressive as its mission.
